Desert Hills of Scottsdale HOA – New Paint Colors

The Board of Directors APPROVED the exterior paint colors for the HOA at their Board Meeting that was held at 5:30 pm on Thursday, September 4, 2025. These consist of the Main House Colors and the House Trim & Accent Colors (see HOA Documents). There are no set paint schemes. Although, the colors have been pre-approved, all owners must still submit an Architectural Request Form and follow the guidelines for any exterior changes to the property.

Landscape

The HOA has a new landscape company as of November 2024. The board is working with them on refreshing the landscaping within the community. Do NOT throw items (landscape debris, tree trimmings, yard clippings, etc.) over the walls. Dispose of your items properly. It costs the HOA extra for the landscapers to clean up non-contract items. Exterior Changes

Please remember that all “exterior” changes to your lot/home must be approved by the Architectural Committee prior to performing any changes. You need to complete & submit an Architectural Request Form and receive approval prior to any work.
